Microsoft outlines vision of pay-as-you-go computing.

Here we go.....

Microsoft has applied for a patent on metered, pay-as-you-go computing

Microsoft outlines vision of pay-as-you-go computing.

Microsoft notes in the application that the end user could end up paying more for the computer, compared with the one-off cost entailed in the existing PC business model, but argues the user would benefit by having a PC with an extended "useful life."...

ROTFLMAO !

You know what this means HP ?????

This means that every computer will have the highest-end gear - but that depending on what you pay it will "UNLOCK" performance levels.

Example

one day you are short on cash and decide to use the Pentium 133 profile........next month you say gee I guess I'll unlock 2 cores and use 3Ghz, and unlock 4 GB of RAM........next month you decide to downgrade to 1GB of RAM.

WOW.

Who's the fucking IDIOT who came up with taht shitty idea.

This I believe will be offered as an option of course it won't be forced upon everyone.

In other words you can still pay the higher fee as now or a smaller fee with pay as you go.

But still...............for the end user AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

You bloody cocksuckers Microsoft - I hope to fuck that people download pirated copies of ALL microsoft products, goddamned idiots........

The day that Microfucks does this is the LAST time they will see my money !

IDIOTS.

LOL I already get high end machines for little prices

and no it probably won't be hacked since everything will be server side authenticated, much like online games now require a LEGIT key and keygenned ones do not work and still don't. Mind you this is not for right now - Maybe for one day when economy is so bad that a once $200 graphic card cost $10,000, or a $1200 system will cost $6000 then we'll talk.

This will end up costing people MORE money than buying a system, especially people who live on their computer. Most of my work is done on the computer, and I require constant uploading / downloading of updates and material, it will cost me more money.

As far as my computer parts I save a huge bundle because I don't buy them from computer stores, so I save good amount.

But MicroSucks, well fine, then I won't have to pay $400 again for a fucking OS, they will give it to me for free and charge me pennis by the hour, fuck'em - as long as it doesn't end up costing me $1000 in the end.

Hmmm, or maybe he wants to spend some time with his family and enjoy the money he has

This whole pay as you go shit has been talked about for the last 10 years !

What will happen is that people will always be given the option to keep the same flat fee usage, I mean I don't see M$ enforcing this on all - however, flat fee will be much higher. But like I said, this is an OUTRAGE - This will have a significant
impact on the already shitty economy - You will always have to constant stress of having to pay money when you play games - this will reduce video game sales dramatically - a billion $ industry alone - this will also cause a domino effect - websites will have 50%-75% less traffic and less ad revenues consequently - so they will be forced to shut down.

NOT a good thing in today's economic context !

I hope this shit gets hacked just like Fucking BluRay got hacked !
